With over 20 years of experience in the industry and 15 years as a company shareholder director, directly accountable for the delivery of 500 hospital beds, over 250 outpatient clinics and over 250 mental health inpatient beds for Te Whatu Ora, Matt has an established relationship with Te Whatu Ora, having sustained this connection throughout his professional career. This background makes him well-suited to help manage the intricate balance in the delivery of public healthcare facilities.
Matt has led the successful delivery of a variety of complex, comprehensive public healthcare projects from regional hospital development through to replacements and redevelopments for imaging, CT scanners, operating theatres, CCU (critical care units), ICUs (intensive care units), spinal facilities, food service delivery and heli-pads. Matt has also been instrumental in the design and implementation of innovative new mental health facilities in addition to other clinical initiatives.
